If any freeze dried product is not stored properly, once opened, it will get soft. I have been using “OXO Good Grips POP Containers” since before I began Big Foot Foodie and LOVE them. They come in assorted sizes – easy open, easy close. They are airtight and wide mouth so that it is easy to select what Big Foot Foodie item you want to use without breaking up the product more than is necessary. I highly recommend using this storage container once you have opened your new bag, though the bag will keep it good if closed correctly – just less convenient for day to day. Make sure you always store Big Foot Foodie with the moisture packet it comes with.
